Mmm.... Today was a long day. Well, the assembly today was kinda fun, well at lesat the 2nd part of it hahas. We watched American Idol, season 1,2,3. It was HILARIOUS I TELL YOU. Omg, it was crazy, so freaking funny! The whole hall laughed hahaha. I was so lucky I didn't fall asleep lol! I want to like go youtube now and watch the remaining parts, but its kinda late alr hahaha. Well, after that went for band again, had junior band. :O They all thought it was theory today, I don't know why, hahaha, maybe they like theory? :P Well, anyways we did drills, hahaha it was kinda funny, I was laughing at the juniors like the whole time! They can't tell the difference between the commands of turning to the right and dress to the right, it was hilarious teaching them, so yah, no regrets, kinda fun. :) After that went to the parade rehersal, woah, the band formation was kinda cool, hahaha. Then June said she could hear me very clearly, cause she sits infront of me! LOL! Okay, then after that went for the concert rehersal... Hmmm... We played overture no. 1 QUITE decently, BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH! And the school song... NO FWEELING. LOL. But seriously no hweeling. So we seriously needa work on the school song, and the CG, first time see weiren conduct hahaha, so cool. He conduct also not bad lah, except when he dropped the " baton " ( actually a stick ) but well, its still cool. hahaha. Oh and jodie and suhaylah did a good job conducting us too, be it their first one. LOL. And one more thing, the CG, dance and choir did well. I mean it was beyond my expectations, they played/danced/sang. Really really well. Hahaha, best regards for your SYFs :) Well, after that went to eat at Mac.
After huixiu went home, talked a lot with Renee. LOL. Like seriously quite a lot, we talked till 9. HAHAHA. After talking to her, made me realise something, its something negative that I don't really want to put up here, but heys, who reads my blog anyways hahaha. " I was really envious of you, why people would still remember you, even after that long. If it was me, they probably wouldn't even care. I kudos to you, really. " Oh and I also think I realised another important point... I'm considered kinda weak in my section hahaha. I think I was too complacent in the past bahs, that I've become kinda weak. I can't blast like Hansley, play nicely like izzat, or something that is worth commending about. If you tell people I play the baritone, they'll go like. Okay, he plays the baritone, thats all there is to it. I thought I played well, due to the fact, I know my rhythm, and I don't get wrong notes, but you see, if you talk about Amirul, he has nice tone, and he plays very nicely too, thats something worth commending, but I DON'T have nice tone, nor do I play very nicely either. I'm just an average baritone player. Take June, she has confidence, and dares to play loudly and can support Amirul ( someone who's starting to play loudly lol ) without any problem, and they 2 sound the same. So she's someone who have lots of confidence, but still room for improvement in other areas, but I can't support the band as the bass, as Mr Wong is always complaining the bass is too soft, so I'm not better then June either. So I'm like the weakest in my section haha, this is bad. Tsk. Let's take Nicholas as another example, he's always complaining his rhythm, cannot make it, but when you see Nicholas, you'll say, his tone is better then last time, there was improvement. But if you take me for example, my tone didn't really improve or what. Its just like that. From the start I played Bari till now, no one has actually said my tone did improve or what, so I guess its really that bad huhs? So I guess its time I give myself a morning call, I'm not good and far from it. What must I do to improve? I don't want to be weak.

Today woke up very very early, at 6am. LOL. Never woke up so early before sia, then went to prepare to leave the house. Then in the end reach the school quite early, and Zhafri was already there. Hahaha, he still came so early. So yah, went to put my bag in class, and after that went to sit at the staircase haha. Then saw the band members strolling one by one came haha. Then wish them good luck and all, and like Celestine said, xoxo love and hahaha, so weird. After that, went for home-room then headed for band practice already. Whooo~ Then had butterflies in my stomach, hahaha. But after the last rehersal, I wasn't really nervous anymore lols. Anyways, now is already 11.30pm.

So as I was saying, after the last rehersal, I wasn't that scared anymore, so yah, we got ready our uniforms and everything. That's so weird can. People take forever to get their hair done, LOL. And forever to change, and by the time we're done, we weren't even late leh! Not even a single bit late! lol. After that we went off to SCH! We were still quite high on the bus, couldn't even tell if we were a least bit scared lol! Then after that when we reached, the atmosphere was really, tense. Its like even though there were many people, its not at all really noisy. And we were sitted beside Compassvale. We even said hi to them, its like we weren't even nervous at all. And we were still high LOL. Sarmiah also talked to us and told us a lot of things, hahaha. After that went to the tuning room, even though I wrote down the JBC, I couldn't do it. LOL. So sad... But nvm, at least Mr Wong didn't scold for THAT PERIOD OF TIME, so it didn't dampen my spirits hahaha. Then the next thing we knew we were outside, waiting for our turn. This time is really where all the butterflies started flying in hahaha. Renee told us to do the breathing excercise Sarimah has taught us, and it did help me to cool down, hahaha and before we went in, " JIAYOU JIAYOU JIAYOU!! " And the next thing I knew, we were playing music. Hahaha. Overture no. 1 was great, Daniel started it confidently and the rest was awesome, I wouldn't say we were the best, but I can say we did great. :D
After that we played merry widow! Its simply touching, the percaussion finally sounded like a music box, so nice! And all the other parts of the song, the slow part, I think we did capture A FEW people hearts hahaha, almost cried halfway during the piece, its nice. After that, we went out and started yelling and screaming and crying like mad people hahaha. Shouting " Its finally over, its finally over. " A lot of people cried, saying it was one of our best performance hahaha. Next we went into the hall again, as audience witnessing all the other bands. My, they were good, SERIOUSLY! Then after that... Was the results. It was really scary! omg, we held hands when they announced the result... Band no. 75, CORAL CONCERT BAND..... GOLD. THEN THE WHOLE HALL WENT DOWN! WOOOOOOOOOOOO~ LIKE CRAZY PEOPLE IN A MAD ROOM. OMG CAN'T STOP THE TEARS, IT WAS AWESOME, SERIOUS, THE FEELING, IS LIKE OMG. After that the MC told us to stop screaming and crying, and told us to go out and start screaming and crying LOL. And obviously we did, we went out screaming and crying and hugging, taking photos, but I already stopped crying alr, hahahaha, this is called GOOD SELF CONTROL! :) Then after that went back to Pasir Ris after a while, hahaha. WHAT A DAY SIA. LOL. The best day of my life when EVERYTHING FEELS WORTH IT. And it made me feel useful somehow. hahaha... Went to eat and went home, as usual, but ITS WORTH IT MAN, ITS WORTH IT. HAHAHAHA.
